Springfield Barns: training and therapy 

Springfield Barns houses a diverse team of fitness professionals and therapists with first-rate qualifications, knowledge and experience. Our trainers offer personal fitness training, (including strength & conditioning and mobility training) and Stott Pilates. Our therapists provide sports & holistic massage, Bowen Technique and diet/nutrition advice. We also offer pre and ante-natal training, sports injury rehabilition and assistance with all physical challenges from weight loss to high-level sports training.

Our trainers work 1-1 with individual clients and small group sessions are also available. We hold classes in pilates and circuit training – please contact us for further details as these classes are small, popular and ‘advance booking’ only.

If you are interested in any of the above areas, please don’t hesitate to call to arrange an informal chat, a visit or just to tell us what you’d like to book in for. We are not a gym: we do not charge membership/joining fees or have ‘peak times’. We can talk you through what we offer and make suggestions for you, give you a one-off session, help design a fitness programme for any goal or simply put you in touch with the right trainer or therapist – just as you’d like.
