Springfield Barns offers discipline-specific day courses for these sports, in which specialist trainers, dietitians and strength/conditioning coaches address the theory and put you through the practice of good fitness for each discipline. Increasing your fitness and reducing the likelihood of injury are the cornerstones of each course, with discussion and theory around best practice for training in the morning, followed by an afternoon of practical instruction (after a nutrition-packed lunch).
